Leadership Development

Leadership development is a significant need for many organizations. Whether it's training emerging leaders, transitioning experienced leaders, or equipping leaders with skills to lead effectively, there are opportunities for growth.

Lightbox offers programs to meet the needs for developing leaders at different stages: empowering emerging leaders, legacy leaders, and leading multiple generations in the workplace.

Programs are offered through a micro-learning approach supported by workshops, just-in-time learning activities, and coaching. Learning is designed with an emphasis on developing skills, application to real-world situations, and a research-based approach that drives change in knowledge, attitude, and behavior/skills based on a deep knowledge of how adults learn.
