GRAHAM MCKEAGUE
Graham is the co-founder of Lightbox. He has over 14 years of experience in higher education leadership. He is passionate about the value of learning and growth as a way for people and organizations to flourish. He has experience consulting with various organizations and projects within higher education and the nonprofit sector.
DARRYL MEEKINS
Darryl is the co-founder of Lightbox. He started his career in the non-profit space and has worked in Higher Education over the last 20 years in various roles - from teaching to administration. Over the past several years, Darryl has specialized in online learning approaches as a modality to enhance and deliver training and teaching. Originally from South Africa, Darryl currently calls West Michigan home.
JESSICA ROWLAND
Jessica is the Marketing and Client Relations Officer at Lightbox, where she merges her background in higher education and client services to foster meaningful client relationships. Her diverse career path in academics, administration, and community service brings a unique perspective to our team. Her passion for education and connecting with others drives her to develop an in-depth understanding of our clients’ needs and ensure their satisfaction.
SARAH BANIA DOBYNS
Sarah has over 15+ years of experience in the higher education space, in various areas including instructional design, consulting, and teaching. In her consulting work, she works with organizations who want to use education as a means to affect change with their stakeholders, both internal and/or external. Organizations approach her when they need to rethink their learning programs to meet a business need or solve a problem for their users. She works with them to envision pathways to reach new audiences, develop new content, and plan evaluation strategies to ensure new policies and practices produce results
EMMA BRUURSEMA
Emma has worked in the eLearning industry for the past 6 years as a graphic designer and project manager. She specializes in intentional design and enhancing UX. She has also led workshops in both design and leadership. From her degree in Art and Advertising, Emma is passionate about assisting teams with their brand identity and creating visually appealing content.
EMILY GRIME
Emily is a highly sought after project management professional with experience in teaching, training and developing PMOs, building project managers and helping organizations work through their process and project management. She has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry implementing ethical clinical reviews and process implementation, higher education and has helped many start ups to becoming thriving, efficient and effective organizations. Emily thrives on efficiency and being an effective change agent to help organization meet their goals and objectives.
CAROLE HRUSKOCY
Carole has been an educator for over 30 years, spanning the K-6 sector through higher education. Her expertise includes instructional design, online learning, training, and professional development. She is also a nationally board-certified Health & Wellness coach. Carole’s passion is leading through challenging times. Through her leadership work she has explored resilience and grit in executive leaders as well as her coaching clients. Her servant leadership style marries real-world, practical experiences with research through active, participatory learning.

JIM HARDY
Jim has 20 years of experience leading educational programs, conducting research, and using data to improve learning outcomes. With leadership positions at universities, startups, and consulting firms, Jim's career has spanned the academic, corporate, and consulting sectors. He works with clients to design, develop, and improve educational programs to meet their specific needs
NKANYISO SHANGE
Nkanyiso has a BTH in Community Leadership majoring in Psychology and is registered with HPCSA as a Registered Counsellor. He was awarded a President's award in 2015. In addition, he is highly experienced in Online Learning and business development in the Higher Education sector, working with private Universities.
Mr. Shange is passionate about adding value to businesses and transforming their ethos.
His compassion for human development and economic transformation is part of his core values. He has the desire to bring unity and connect humanity.
